SS Ozzie Smith and 2B Tommy Herr can’t get to the ball, which is fielded by CF Willie McGee as speedster Willie Wilson races to third. Wilson and Brett eventually score as the Royals explode for six runs in the inning en route to a Series-winning 11-0 victory. The Royals’ first World Championship comes after losing three of the first four games to St Louis. KC had been down 3-1 to Toronto in the ALCS. This lithograph is printed on 100% acid-free paper.
